Eve’s Revenge

Yield: 2 drinks (because drinking is best done with others)

Eves Revenge Culinary Cocktail

Ingredients

1 oz fresh squeezed and strained lime juice
1 oz agave
1 oz blended scotch
2 oz tequila reposada
1 small chile (thai, serrano)
1 oz pomegranate juice

Steps

  1. Cut the stem off of the chili, muddle it in the agave in the bottom of your shaker
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients
  3. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds
  4. Strain into a chilled coop or cocktail glass.

Garnish with a thin sliver of chile floating in it. 

Or just drink as is if you don’t want as much heat. 

If you’re feeling feisty and fancy…you can also moisten the rim of the glass by rubbing a lime on it before pouring the drink in. Then mix together equal parts sugar and salt on a small plate. Press the top of the glass into it to coat the rim.
