Barn on the Pond is an exquisite choice for your most memorable day. Spread out on nearly four acres of majestic landscape, it is anything but ordinary. In a time when everything is so commercial and every event blends in with the next, wouldn’t it be nice to have an affair to truly remember. The choice is yours. A seasonal outdoor affair nestled in the glorious Catskill Mountains, overlooking our beautiful pond and wildflower meadow or a celebration in our turn of the century restored Barn, designed with you in mind. Whichever you choose, will guarantee you and your guests a unique experience that will be cherished forever.

  • TENTING

    Patio Tent: Custom tenting for over the deck allows for outdoor seating up to 120 on the upstairs deck and patio. This can also be coupled with the inside of the Barn for additional seating.

     

    Lawn tent: Outside tent for up to 140 guests.

  • COOKING AND SANITATION TENT

    Outside kitchen tent required for over 40 guests

    No special cooking/sanit tent required. However, a tent may be set up if Client/Caterer would like at Client's expense

  • COOKING EQUIPMENT

    Caterer's responsibility to provide equipment for kitchen tent. Existing indoor kitchen equipment in the Barn may also be used.

    Existing indoor kitchen equipment in the Barn may be used. Additional equipment  necessary is Caterer's responsibility.

  • BATHROOMS

    Portable bathrooms required for 50 guests and over.

     

    2 full bathrooms located inside barn, should be reserved for parties under 50 guests or Bridal Party and Family for parties over 50. This is a requirement for our septic system.

    No portable bathrooms required.

  • MUSIC

    Must end by 9PM.

    Must end by 11PM.

  • BARS AND LIQUOR SERVICE

    Must end by 9PM. Bartender must close bar at end of event.

  • IF OVER 100 GUESTS

    Larger seating tents may be set
